HIIT KICKSWEAT is a 30 min, total body, high intensity interval training workout to make you the athlete you deserve to be! Smash through 4 ‘quarters’ of A/B exercises, each 50 secs on, 10 secs off — Q3 brings you back to your c o r e and Q4 is the final round to show what you got! To break the tie— move into overtime (OT) aka tabata for 2 rounds of A/B exercises for 20 secs on, 5-10 secs off. We’ll celebrate your victory with a 3-5 min cool down/ stretch to conclude. Meet you on the mat!
